World Energy Efficiency Day, 5th March 2021

Today is World Energy Efficiency Day and we are committed to implementing energy efficient initiatives across our 14 retail parks and shopping centres. So far 65% of our portfolio has now been upgraded to LED lighting in common mall areas and car parks, with more assets planned in the next 12 months, and we have seen a reduction in energy consumption by up to 20% from switching. This coupled with sensor lighting and seasonal timings continue to reduce energy wastage.

As one of the main pillars of our company’s sustainability goals, we will continue focusing our efforts on reducing energy consumption.
