This project involved an extensive environmental overhaul of a previously vacant unit, dramatically upgrading its efficiency from a D2 energy rating to a highly sustainable B2 standard, marking a major step forward in the centre’s green initiatives.

By integrating modern efficiency improvements directly into the revitalisation process, the centre has successfully welcomed popular technology exchange retailer CeX into the newly upgraded space, significantly enhancing the location’s retail variety.
