Reflecting on a Remarkable 2025

Reflecting on a Remarkable 2025

As we close out 2025, we’re proud to look back at a year filled with strategic milestones, exciting openings, and community-led initiatives across the retail parks under our care. This year has reaffirmed our commitment to delivering strong performance and long-term value for our investment partners through vibrant, sustainable retail destinations.

Highlights from 2025:

Oak & Trinity Portfolios:
We successfully completed the sale of the Oak Portfolio, consisting of 8 high-quality retail parks and we are delighted to have been retained as asset managers by the new owners of the portfolio. This is a significant milestone that reflects the strong value creation we’ve delivered through proactive asset management and strategic occupier mix enhancements. The Sigma team also played a central role when our clients acquired the Trinity Portfolio of 3 retail parks including two very significant retail parks in the Greater Dublin area and we have also been retained as asset managers.

New Retail Anchors & Growth:
– Tesco opened a new large store at M1 Retail Park, bringing greater convenience and choice to the north side of Drogheda.
– Braeburn Coffee opened its drive-thru concept at Navan Retail Park — a great boost for local footfall and customer experience.
– Costa Coffee opened two new drive-thru lanes — at Drogheda Retail Park and Waterford Retail Park — strengthening our f&b offer and enhancing customer experience.
– JYSK joined the line-up at Belgard Retail Park, enhancing the retail mix for our customers.
– Three former Homebase units were successfully assigned to The Range and B&Q across Navan Retail Park, Drogheda Retail Park and Sligo Retail Park -ensuring continued activation of large-format space and supporting long-term tenant mix stability.

Community & Sustainability:
We continued our ESG focus with initiatives such as projects at Naas Retail Park in collaboration with Naas Men’s Shed — a meaningful partnership that supports community spirit.  Plus, lighting projects at Naas Retail Park reflect our ongoing commitment to sustainability and enhanced customer environments. We have been working on many more projects which are set to come to fruition in 2026 across the portfolio.

Looking Ahead:
We look back proudly at 2025, this year has been a testament to the strength of strategic partnerships, thoughtful placemaking, and community engagement. As we look ahead to 2026, we remain focused on delivering for our investment partners, supporting our occupiers, and strengthening the communities we serve.

A huge thank you goes to our talented team, whose hard work, collaboration and commitment have driven every success this year. Their energy, expertise and hands-on approach continue to be the foundation of what we achieve.

Thank you to our team, our partners, our retailers and our investors for an exceptional year. Hope you all have a very happy Christmas and here’s to building on this momentum in 2026 and beyond!
